What We Promise

Serengeti Spirits complies with all UK laws regarding the sale of alcohol. Every parcel shipped is quality-checked before packing to ensure there are no damages or defects. We do not send out damaged or defective items without notifying you in advance.

All bottles are securely packed in protective cardboard boxes to ensure safe transit. We work with trusted third-party couriers through our packaging and fulfilment partner. While we strive to protect all products during shipping, rare incidents may result in leakages or breakages. If you have ordered one of our animal-themed products, there is a slight risk of damage to the animal head bottle cap.

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or unwanted parcel, please follow the procedures outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If your product arrives broken or has leaked, please provide evidence in the form of digital images. Customers must submit this evidence within 14 days from dispatch. After this period, the product will no longer be eligible for a refund.

To report damaged or defective goods, please contact alex@serengetispirits.co.uk with your evidence. Our team will assist you in either issuing a full refund or sending a replacement product.

If the damaged item is the custom bottle cap, we can either send a replacement product or offer a refund of £2.

Please do not dispose of any damaged items until our team has advised you on the next steps, as we may request the product to be returned.

Incorrect, Unwanted, or Non-Collected Goods

Customers have 30 days from dispatch to return unwanted products to Serengeti Spirits Ltd. To qualify for a refund, customers must:

  1. Ensure the container is unopened and any tamper seals remain intact.
  2. Keep all accessories or details associated with the product.
  3. Repack the product as it was originally received.
  4. Cover all postage/shipping costs for the return.

If the returned product has a broken seal, Serengeti Spirits reserves the right to decline a refund.
